Elements class is for those that have completed the On Ramp class and are ready to start doing the CrossFit classes. Elements will get further into the fundamental movements of the CrossFit classes and teach you proper form while lifting weights. Once you’ve learned all of the fundamental movements and how to lift with proper form you will be able to join the CrossFit classes.
