Welcome to IXF CrossFit, where results are earned; not purchased. We are here to motivate, educate, and coach you. Your journey will require hard work, dedication, and determination. We will teach you how to get in the best shape of your life and how to maintain it. We will push you, but we will always offer a positive and caring environment; you will love who you become. So come in for a free fitness and nutrition consultation.

The human body is an incredible machine that can adapt to all forms of stimulus and stress. The problem with typical cardio equipment like stationary bikes, treadmills, and elliptical machines is that you will get extremely efficient at the exercise. Calories will be burned, no doubt about that. However, once the body learns the movement and becomes more efficient, it burns less calories. Come in to try out CrossFit and “Witness the fitness” as my son, Vinny, says.

How we are different from most Crossfit Boxes: We are open all day and start our classes on the hour every hour. You do not have to schedule your class time on line. You can come in at 8am one day and 3p the next day, just show up a few minutes before each class and be ready to go at the start at the top of the hour. We start the class with a group warm up, followed by instruction for the daily workout. During the workout, you will get coaching, encouragement and correction from a qualified CrossFit instructor. We then will do a cool down/mobility session. You will always have the opportunity to work with an instructor and to address any individual needs. We are unaware of any CrossFit boxes offering this flexibility for their clients.

Check Out Our On Ramp Classes

You will be required to attend one of our on ramp classes before being able to work out with in our CrossFit classes. During this class, you will learn nine fundamental movements followed by a short workout. After completion of the on ramp class, you can come in for the regular classes any hour on the hour.
