PULSE Fitness

PULSE is a high intensity strength and interval training program that uses a heart rate monitoring system to train individuals at their own personal cardio capacity.

Members will use cardio equipment combined with various strength movements to move in and out of different heart rate zones which will be displayed on a TV monitor.

PULSE is designed for all levels of fitness and will help individuals reach their various fitness goals. Members can expect to burn 400-900 calories in this one hour class while training the heart to recover faster.
